Navigating identity, belonging, and feeling unseen through therapy, training, and supervision

Therapy with depth

What sets my work apart is the combination of depth, cultural consciousness, and clinical clarity. I don’t just treat symptoms—I help people understand the systems, stories, and strategies that have shaped how they relate to themselves and others.

My clients often describe therapy with me as both direct and supportive—like having someone who can hold complexity without judgment while helping you move toward meaningful change.

I bridge the heart and the system, the personal and the institutional

As a psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and educator

My approach is rooted in Person-Centered Therapy, Location of Self (Dr. Thandiwe Dee Watts-Jones), and principled struggle (adrienne maree brown). I believe growth happens when we are met with honesty and warmth—when safety and accountability can coexist. Whether I’m in the therapy room, classroom, or training space, my goal is always the same: to create relationships that are brave, relational, and deeply human.

Therapy with me is a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what’s real. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in cultural humility.

I believe that healing happens through relationship—when people feel seen, respected, and safe enough to explore what hurts and what’s possible.

There are two ways to work directly with me
