Therapy With Dr. Unique Page:

A Space to Reconnect

Therapy with me is a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what’s real. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in cultural humility. I believe that healing happens through relationship—when people feel seen, respected, and safe enough to explore what hurts and what’s possible.

I work with individuals, couples, and families to strengthen connections, repair trust, and restore emotional balance. My goal is to help people move from survival to wholeness—cultivating self-compassion, clear communication, and courage in both their inner and relational worlds.

Reach Out

At its core, my mission is to help people live and love with courage, clarity, and connection–especially in a world that often demands silence, performance, or perfection instead.

My therapy & counseling foundation is Person-Centered Therapy (Carl Rogers), emphasizing empathy, congruence, and unconditional positive regard as the foundation for growth.

Within my therapy practice, I integrate:

  • Gold design of nine stacked circles

    Multicultural Relational Perspective

    (Hardy & Bobes)
Exploring how culture, power, and identity shape relationships and emotional health.

  • Golden circle with bisecting lines

    Location of Self

    (Thandiwe Dee Watts-Jones)

A reflective practice that helps clients and family members understand how their experiences of privilege, oppression, and identity impact one another.

  • Golden overlapping loops

Family Systems and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

Helping couples and families identify negative cycles, express underlying needs, and rebuild secure emotional bonds.

  • Gold stacking squares

    Trauma-Informed and Somatic Awareness

Recognizing the body as part of the healing process, integrating gentle awareness of sensation and regulation.

  • Gold overlapping semicircles

    Narrative and Existential Techniques

Helping individuals, couples, and families author new meanings and stories about who they are and what they’ve endured.

  • Golden star and circle design

    Faith and Spiritual Integration

    (as desired by the client)

Offering space for those who wish to include spiritual reflection in their healing journey.

Complexity Without Judgement

What sets my work apart is the combination of depth, cultural consciousness, and clinical clarity. I don’t just treat symptoms—I help people understand the systems, stories, and strategies that have shaped how they relate to themselves and others. My clients often describe therapy with me as both direct and supportive—like having someone who can hold complexity without judgment while helping you move toward meaningful change.

Therapy is Systemic and Interconnected

Because I bring experience from teaching, supervision, and organizational consultation, I understand how personal healing connects to family dynamics and broader systemic realities. This means that our work considers not only individual growth but also the environments and relationships that influence it.
