  • Yes, I am in-network with Kaiser Permanente NW and can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement with other insurance providers.

  • I am licensed in Oregon and I reside in Portland.

  • Individual Therapy: $180 per 50-minute session

    Couples / Family Therapy: $200 per 50-minute session

    Clinical Supervision: $200 per 60-minute session

    Sliding-scale options are available based on need and availability.

  • Our first session is focused on connection and clarity. We’ll discuss what brings you in, what you hope to get out of our work together, and begin identifying your goals. It’s a time to ask questions and get a sense of how I work—no pressure, just honest conversation.

  • I currently offer weekday appointments with limited evening availability. Please reach out for current scheduling options.

  • I offer individual, couples, and family therapy for adults. My work is person-centered, relational, and trauma-informed, integrating cultural responsiveness and identity development into every session.

  • I offer clinical trainings, professional development workshops, and continuing education sessions focused on mental health, supervision, ethics, trauma-informed care, wellness, identity, and relational practice. Trainings are designed for clinicians, organizations, and helping professionals.

  • Trainings may be designed for therapists, clinical supervisors, graduate students, and organizations. Audience details and prerequisites (if any) are clearly outlined in each training description.

  • Trainings may be offered live online, in person, or as on-demand digital content, depending on the program. Delivery format, length, and participation requirements are specified at the time of registration.

  • Registration is completed through my website or a secure payment platform. Once registered, you will receive confirmation and access details via email.

  • For live trainings and workshops:

    • Cancellations requested more than 14 days prior to the program start date are eligible for a 100% refund.

    • Cancellations requested fewer than 14 days prior are not eligible for a refund but will receive a credit that may be applied to a future training within one year.

    • Cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, or failure to attend are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.

  • Some trainings offer CE credits, depending on the program and approvals. CE eligibility and requirements are clearly stated in the training description.

  • Yes. I offer customized trainings and workshops for organizations and teams. Please contact me directly to discuss goals, scope, and availability.

Supervision

  • Clinical Supervision is offered at $250 per 60-minute session for organizations and $200 per 60-minute session for individuals paying out of pocket. Limited sliding-scale options may be available based on need and availability.

  • As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon, I offer clinical supervision to:

    • Registered Counseling Associates in Oregon: I provide supervision to individuals registered with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists (OBLPCT) as Counseling Associates, working toward full licensure as an LPC or LMFT. I ensure my supervision meets the requirements outlined in the OBLPCT's regulations (OAR 833-050-0111).

    • Licensed Clinicians Seeking Consultation: I also offer consultation services to fully licensed LPCs and LMFTs seeking to enhance their clinical skills, address specific ethical dilemmas, or explore specialized areas within their practice.

  • Yes. I am a board-approved clinical supervisor and provide supervision-of-supervision for licensed clinicians who are seeking supervision hours or consultation, as permitted by Oregon licensure requirements.

  • Our first meeting focuses on fit, expectations, and clarity. We’ll review your supervision needs, licensure requirements, clinical context, and goals, and discuss how my supervision style may support your development as a clinician.

  • My supervision is relational, reflective, and developmentally informed. I integrate models such as the Discrimination Model, Integrated Developmental Model, Multicultural Relational Perspective, and Person-of-the-Therapist work, with attention to ethics, power, identity, and clinical skill-building.

  • Supervision may include case consultation, ethical decision-making, clinical skill development, documentation, professional identity, countertransference, burnout prevention, and navigating systems of care. Attention to culture, race, and identity is woven throughout the work.
